Refund Policy
If the item is damaged upon receipt, we will refund it to the Customer within 7 days.

If the item was not delivered, a refund will be in order.

Returns Policy
The return must be requested within 3 days of receipt and must have valid reason. ie Damaged when received.
Please send an email to us at mdsd3signstudio@gmail.com title 'Return' to request the return.

Shipping Policy
Shipping POSTNET to POSTNET within South Africa is R109 for boxes up to an A4 size. Upon payment of the invoice, a tracking number is provided for secure collection by the Customer.

All other countries delivery is subject to a quote via DHL and will be sent via email to the Customer.

Terms & Conditions

• FULL PAYMENT is required upfront.

• Delivery varies depending on location. South Africa 2-3 days from date of receipt of the item by us.

• Please note: Items imported may have a waiting period of 4 - 7 weeks.

• Tracking numbers are supplied for secure collection by the Customer.

• Payment can be made via EFT or via the website www.f1collectorsboyztoyz.com upon receipt of the invoice.
